I build brands with purpose and create company cultures where big ideas thrive.
Hi, I’m Sharon. Over the last four years, I’ve helped build ZOE, a global science and nutrition company on a mission to improve the health of millions. From shaping an iconic brand to launching ZOE in the UK, I’ve focused on making cutting-edge research and technology accessible—empowering people to understand their bodies, eat with confidence, and feel their best. Just as importantly, I’ve worked to build a company culture that’s as innovative, inclusive, and purpose-driven as our mission, fostering a team deeply connected to the impact of our work.
Throughout my career, I’ve built mission-driven brands at the intersection of content, community, and impact. As one of Mashable’s first employees, I helped grow the company from a scrappy startup into a global media brand—leading Editorial, Community, and People teams, launching The Social Good Summit with 92Y and the UN Foundation, and ultimately serving as COO.
While at Mashable, I joined a small group of industry leaders to create #GivingTuesday—a simple yet powerful idea: a day dedicated to giving back. We built a global movement that has since mobilized billions for good.
My passion for storytelling, brand-building, and social impact led me to Rachael Ray’s team, where I relaunched Rachael Ray Digital, worked on philanthropic initiatives supporting animal rescue, and helped expand her media and consumer businesses (all while finally learning how to cook—thanks, Rach!).
I later joined The Muse as Chief Content Officer, leading editorial and creative strategy to help millions of job seekers connect with companies in more meaningful ways.
Across industries, my focus remains the same: bringing bold ideas to life, building brands with purpose, and creating teams that are inspired to make a lasting impact.
